Off to Dayton!

Well, we're off tomorrow to our state photography convention, Professional Photographers of Ohio in Dayton. It's always fun to reconnect with other photographers that you only see a couple of times a year! It's usually a lot of work helping with our print competition, but worth it. I will be speaking at the convention this year. I will be speaking on social networking. You know, all this stuff I do all day that you guys love to read. Blogging, Facebook, MySpace and Twitter. I finally bit the bullet and went to Verizon and got a wireless data card for my laptop so that I can use the internet when I speak this weekend.
I always feel like all this blogging and stuff is a lot of work, so I was very happy today to speak to a senior's parent from this year that said she found out about my model rep program because she is addicted to all of these entries. She looks every day to see what's new on the Blog and Facebook. I thanked her and told her it made me feel that it's all worthwhile! I want to change the images on the website today before we leave so some of the cool new stuff is there. Wish me luck. I'll be making entries from the road! Literally!
